In keeping with this weeks promotion for Craig Ballantyne’s body weight workouts (see them here –> www.AbsLikeCraig.com), I want to introduce you to another great body weight exercise that is excluded from most body weight programs…
This is one of those ‘get the reps in’ type of exercises where you want to build up to doing 10, 15 even 20 minutes at a time.
I burrowed this from Sumo training. It’s called ‘Teppos’ but we’ve adapted it to be a triceps exercise.
