12-weekly boot camp Classes are all Indoors So you do not have to worry about the weather. We are located right next to Casa Mexico and Harbor Freight on Fairview just before Five Mile, centrally located in the valley. We are currently add in new class times. Heck if you have a group of 3 or more we will make a class time for you. Hows that for service? 

Each 30-minute session is designed with fun, high-energy activities that will get your heart pumping and boost your metabolism for up to 48 hours afterwards, so you can lose weight faster. Did I say each class is different? You will never do the same class twice...unless you are totally froggy and do two classes a day...everyday there is a different set of exercises so you will never run into the "OMG I have to do those exercises today" because you will not know whats coming up....its a secret only I know...(evil laugh here)
