This old time strongman exercise is great to work in before or after any two-hand deadlifting sessions.

The deadlift has grown in popularity over the years. In fact, probably because of powerlifting more than anything else, it is one of the most recognizable lifts there is. And this is all for good reason, as it is a foundational exercise that is one of the best for building all-around strength.

Toast is certainly having a moment. Avocado toast is popping up on numerous cafe menus around our city, and I’ve been to a number of spots that serve toast with nut butters “made in-house.” And while I love a crusty slice of toasted bread slathered thick with almond butter, I often scoff at the price tag.
