This just may be the most refreshing way to drink your summer fruit. It’s a riff on a classic lassi, an Indian yogurt-based drink that is thick, creamy, and cooling. Mango is the most common fruit to use in the drink, but here we’ve switched it with peach for a more in-season approach that’s even juicer than the original. To make things even sweeter, a spoonful of honey is blended in, along with just a touch of warm, spicy cardamon. This peach lassi is guaranteed to be a welcome treat on the hottest of days.
