When Starbucks rolled out its technicolor Unicorn Frappuccino in April, the internet lost its mind. Instagram was flooded with images of the glittery rainbow cups, and some stores became so overrun with requests that one barista suffered total meltdown from the “magical” mania.

Now all of that mayhem is about to begin once again as the coffee company prepares to release a spooky new Halloween drink — at least we think so.

Tea and geekiness go hand in hand. The world is full of shabby, much-loved copies of Harry Potter and Game of Thrones with tea rings on their covers. And more than one cosplay costume at Comic Con was sewn under the influence of multiple pots of very strong late-night green tea. That’s why people are loving Tea & Absinthe, the independent tea maker that specializes in custom tea blends for the nerdiest fandoms.

We all have favorite TV personalities and chefs — and then we have those who we wish to never see again. Their catchphrases and personalities are omnipresent and grating on commercials and endless show reruns. For some, it’s Martha Stewart; for others, it’s Rachael Ray; for me, it’s Guy Fieri.

But hold on a minute — what this bleach-blond Food Network firecracker did last week might just change my opinion of him.
