Every Sunday at my local farmers market feels like a race against time. I stuff my basket to the brim with tomatoes, corn, and zucchini — already anticipating the sad day when they’ll be replaced by apples and winter squash.
Inevitably, my produce FOMO leads to over-purchasing these late-summer ingredients — this week it was peaches. But this peach-ginger sorbet, with a thyme syrup drizzled over top, will take care of my surplus.
