Should you be coaching or should you be selling? The two may not be as mutually exclusive as you think.

Fitness professionals face a unique problem when trying to grow their businesses. They must have one foot in the land of the coach and the other in the land of the salesperson.

 

Being a great coach won’t grow your business if you can’t close sales. Likewise, closing sales won’t lead to a sustainable business if you can’t coach. So, where should the business

owner focus?
