My Friday Total Body Conditioning Class got to try it with me! If you’re not familiar with it, let me explain. Tabata is a form of interval training, where you work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for 8 cycles- a total of 4 minutes. A true Tabata training session will push you to the max- something that’s definitely not for everyone
