A new study shows that regular exercise does make a difference to sperm quality by all measures.

Research[1] out of Urmia University in Iran digs into the impact of sperm quality by exercise. The researchers focused on sedentary males between 25 and 40 years old to being with. They found that exercising between three and five times per week improve their sperm counts and other measures of sperm quality in a matter of months.
