Breakups are the worst. One day you’re talking to someone all the time, and the next day you’re greeted with empty space. Too much space. I mean, what are you supposed to do with all that space? Eventually, after allowing time to pass and remembering to be kind to yourself, you will feel better and that space will be filled with other things — and maybe someone else.
In the meantime? There’s food. Food that will make you feel comforted, food that will make you feel nourished, and food that is just damn good. Food will take up some of that empty space. These are the recipes to eat after a breakup (and why).
