Season four of everyone’s favorite cooking show, The Great British Baking Show, airs on PBS tonight. This season is the most recent season aired on the BBC, where it’s known as The Great British Bake Off. The show will air Friday nights at 9 p.m. (Check your local listings to confirm.)

This season promises to be extra special for a few reasons. This the last season where hosts Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc will be present. They will be replaced by Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig starting in season 5. Everyone’s favorite judge, Mary Berry, will also be leaving at the end of this season and will be replaced by Prue Leith. Paul Hollywood will remain on the show for the foreseeable future.

A huge reason for these shakeups is in part due to the fact that going forward the show will be hosted on Channel 4 instead of BBC. According to the Guardian, BBC was unable to meet the financial asks of Love Productions, the production company that makes the show. Channel 4 was able to secure a three-year deal in further negotiations.
