Day 327 of 360

Bench press:
5 x 3 @ 85% of 2RM
1 x 5 @ 60%, each with 3/1000 hold in lock-out

 

Rest as needed between sets. If a set requires interruption make as minor a weight adjustment as possible and continue uninterrupted. When scheme is listed as “5 x 3″, it always refers to “Sets” x “Reps”.

 

Reminder: Position and organized execution always govern weight.
