The fall air has just gotten cool enough to warrant a scarf and wool coat, and that means one very important thing in my book: It’s chili season, you guys! I’m saving the slow, stovetop-simmered chilis for lazy weekend days and making a point to slot my favorite easy recipes into my weekly meal plan.
During the week I’ll be leaning on hearty chilis that simmer all day in the slow cooker, quick-cooking Instant Pot recipes, and a couple of surprisingly simple stovetop favorites.
