Once you’ve completed my sprint tri training and Triathlon Training 102, you’re ready for this third and final twelve week program before race season officially begins. Use this cycle to continue building your base of endurance and strength.
As is necessary, the programming is getting a bit longer and we will stay in this distance range until after the race season. Remember to track your workouts so you can monitor your performance improvements and recovery needs.
