pDear Mark, /p
pI have had fast, great success with the Primal lifestyle and I would like to add my story to your growing library in order to encourage others who have lost hope of ever getting that middle-age weight back off./p
pFor most of my life, I kept myself in fairly good condition. I was a 1979 graduate of The Citadel, with military experience at Fort Bragg, […]

I don#8217;t know that I#8217;d go quite that far, but I would emphatically state that anyone who spends a modicum of sentient time in the space time continuum we call existence is gonna experience some unpleasantness. A bump on the knee, a bacterial infection, an acute injury, a persistent illness, a death of a loved […]

Here is Craig Ballantyne from Turbulence Training to explain the new phenomenon known as  Metabolic Resistance Training. In this little video about Metabolic Resistance Training he is going to explain what it is and what we are going for as well as some cool ways about thinking of why we do this type of training. Read through or watch the video below explaining the concept of metabolic resistance training. What is Metabolic Resistance Training?Metabolic Resistance Training falls under the umbrella of  training with resistance and it could be bodyweight, weights or kettlebells. These workouts combine incomplete recovery with a little bit higher reps. So obviously it’s not power lifting.

A a title=”Types of Shellfish” href=”http://www.marksdailyapple.com/types-of-shellfish/”seafood/a extravaganza solves both dilemmas, especially if your main course is a platter of raw oysters./p
pSlurping a dozen raw oysters down is the culinary equivalent of taking a traditional New Year’s Day polar bear plunge. The crisp, clean, invigorating flavor of oysters makes one feel strong and alert and happy to be alive. They require little to no preparation, yet can be the centerpiece of even the most extravagant celebrations. If you’re going the casual route, that’s fine too. Raw oysters are appropriate whether you’re ringing in […]
