It’s safe to say that fat, so long considered our nutritional enemy, is back in a big way. The once-shunned macronutrient has gone from playground outcast to cool kid on the block. We’re glad, too, because we do love a good straight-from-the-jar peanut butter session. And there are even more exciting ways to get your daily dose. No, not avocados (although yes, naturally).
