Aged cheese tastes delicious, but this cheesy discovery might be past its prime. Divers exploring a shipwreck around the coast of Sweden discovered a tin full of what they believe is butter or cheese over 340 years old. Lars Einarsson, who is in charge of the dive says, “It’s like a mixture of yeast and Roquefort, a sort of really ripe, unpasteurized cheese.”

You don’t even want to know what it smells like.
