If you’re new to fitness and looking for help into getting into great shape, chances are someone somewhere is trying to sway you into buying some advanced piece of exercise equipment or telling you that weights are critical for success. Well, the truth is – the only thing REALLY necessary for getting into great shape is body weight training, and for that – all you need to bring is yourself!
When getting started with body weight training, there are only really three essential exercises that have a fair amount of variations to them depending on your level.
