I have used many different training methodologies in my life, but the one I keep coming back too is rest pause training.

When we first take an interest in fitness, the most popular reason is to make changes to our physique. We crave strength. We crave athleticism. We crave feeling as invincible as we can in our human form.

 

As a skinny young man, my goal was to have a physique that resembled a superhero. I wanted that look. I had no idea how to achieve that goal but I was determined to find out how.
