If the Wiki page on that is representative of available products, concerns that caught my eye are:
• DHA&EPA too low (under 2g/day)
• Folic acid shows lack of MHTFR awareness
• B12 form unspecified, and matters
• Vitamin C dose is nearly homeopathic☺
