I love kettle corn, but never considered it a healthy snack. I found a recipe online that looks like it could be a replacement the typical microwave popcorn.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut oil
6 tablespoons popcorn
2 tablespoons raw brown sugar
Kosher salt to taste
