The back-to-school sales have already begun, and at least a few states in the South will be starting the school year this coming week. I’m trying to soak up the last long days of summer before my oldest becomes a first grader in just a few weeks.
This week is all about summer dinners that make the most of in-season produce while keeping cooking time minimal so that we can get back into our regular routine before summer ends and school starts.
