There are two types of people who do weekly meal prep. The first is the health-conscious person who’s counting something (calories, protein, sugar) to make sure they hit their target goals for the day. The other type of person is the one who wants to simplify their morning routine and save a buck on lunch so they aren’t continuously spending the cash to eat out.
