The whole idea behind the Whole30 program is that a person can reset their eating habits by eliminating potential “trigger foods” for 30 days, then gradually reintroducing them after the month is over and seeing how each affects them. It’s a pretty big change for a lot of people, but it’s become extremely popular in the last couple of years. The idea of changing one’s life by eating whole foods is appealing — and even if it’s hard, it’s just for 30 days.
