When life gets busy and chaotic, it can be easy to blow off your workout. But, there are ways to get in an effective gym session without slaving away on a treadmill for hours.  We teamed up with Sean Armstead, owner of Phenomenal Fitness, for advice on how to get the most out of your workout.Sean suggests coming to the gym with a game plan. He suggests prioritizing your exercises and getting the “hard stuff” out of the way.“Whatever is the most difficult or requires the most focus and concentration should be done early on before you lose quality of movement or focus due to fatigue,” he says.Sean is also a big fan of tabata training. Tabata is high intensity conditioning where you do 20 seconds of hard work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
